They are paid to look so slim and hot and we can’t help ourselves at all. While some may go all out and dramatic to lose weight and gain the right figure, some others are very organized. Here are some diet secrets of the celebs that may help you:

1. Exercise: A long leisurely walk may be relaxing but it won’t help you lose any weight. Exercise is about quality and it is important for you to increase your heart rate for about half an hour each day to reduce the fat. Celebs usually prefer yoga, Pilates and running. Remember that exercising in the morning is better.

2. Food: You should include fruits and vegetables in your diet. Knock off the calorie rich items and replace them with juices and foods that have nutritional benefits. A recent study suggests that pink fruit juice is more nutritious. Thus it’d be ideal to drink apple, pineapple and grape juices.

3. Fiber: Celebs love asparagus because it is high in fiber and is also diuretic. Raw fruits and vegetables are the best. The best part about fiber rich foods is that they keep you full much longer.

4. Whites: Keep whites as far as possible from you. Whole grains are the best and thus you should go for brown rice, whole wheat flour and oatmeal. White potatoes, white flour and white rice are not very good for health. Whole grains are much better because they keep you full and give you the required fiber.

5. Portion control: Stars choose their portions very accurately. Some even measure their portions so that their calorie intake is controlled.
